Anti-FOCA petition

The Freedom of Choice Act would attempt to establish abortion on demand without any restrictions as a federal right just one shade short of a Constitutional protection. It would eliminate all federal restrictions (such as the Federal Partial Birth Abortion Ban) and could entail the elimination of all state efforts to reduce abortion, such as waiting periods, parental consent, and government funding restrictions.
