Although it has become more often associated with Christmas, the renowned oratorio “Messiah” by George Frideric Handel was actually in its origin an Easter production. Since yesterday was Easter, I thought it would be neat to go through this masterpiece and explain the Scripture passages on which it is based and enjoy some selections in praise of our Lord and Savior.Links:
