Senate suspends earmarks, but only for two years! Hilarious. AFTER the House already did this in their new rules and even President Obama said this in SOU, now the ever-brave Democrat-led Senate boldly goes where everyone has already gone, and only for the next two years until what? An election! Like a guy in the back of the squad car caught with the murder weapon in his hand saying, "Okay, I'll cooperate."
