Despite all the offered justifications, the idea of people paying to go on a guided tour of the gang turfs of LA like it’s some sort of human safari strikes me as extremely weird. You have to sign a waiver holding them free from liability if you happen to get hurt or shot in the process. Doesn’t that sound like a sensible thing to do with $65?
