4PM Music industry seeks $75 TRILLION award.

In an effort to prove that no one has a larger sense of their own self-importance, music industry executives are suing file-sharing website Limewire for $75 Trillion (yes, Virginia, trillion with a T). As contrary evidence that not everyone in the world has lost their minds, Judge Kimba Walker laughed them out of court by explaining that this would be “more money than the entire music recording industry has made since Edison’s invention of the phonograph in 1877.” But after all, where would Edison have been if not for the music industry?
